Background

My work is built on education & experience.

Education: B.S. in Kinesiology, Personal Training, AAFT models

Originally from Montana I moved to Atlanta to work with professional athletes.

I offer elite performance sessions that integrate manual therapy and movement training to improve power and recovery.

Sessions are floor based & blend the modalities of touch (stretch, acupressure, & myofascial release) with training (muscle recruitment, sequencing, & stacking).

I look at the body as a series of transfers, sending force through joints & tissues at varying angles. These angles either maximize or minimize power output. I open soft tissue space with manual therapy. This reduces fatigue & overuse, connects the nervous system to body, & improves structural alignment. Movement training is foundational work that reinforces structural change to hold & neural pathways to develop so when you step on the turf or weight room your body is primed for its best output.

My work is unique. Influenced by mentors in Bodywork who have shown me the power of touch & carried me through ACL, TBI, & return to sport. Also by my work & research in Kinesiology & Neurophysiology, understanding the breakdown of human movement mechanics, force transfer, & physiological response.
